Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy
  • We process and ship products immediately after order.

  • Delivery times vary by region:
    a. MENA: 5 to 12 working days days
    b. EU: 2 to 10 working days
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
  • Customs and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Refund Policy
  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items within [X days] of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect/damage are required to initiate a return.
  • Unauthorized returns or those missing necessary documentation will not be processed.

 

Non-Returnable Items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns for items that do not meet the above criteria.
