Follow this step-by-step guide to get your tablet running:
Locate the power button on the side of the Waqtly tablet, press and hold for the device to start up
Once powered, select your preferred language from the options available
Read and agree to terms of use in your country
Connect to a Wi-fi network to download configuration
Set up your location either automatically or manually
Automatically: Allow your device to access your location.
Manually: Input your location in the format of Country / State or City / Timezone
Wait for a few seconds for your device to boot and load.
Your Waqtly device is now ready to be your daily companion for mindful living.
Can I select my preferred language on the tablet?
Yes, you can select your preferred from the 7 available languages
Do Waqtly play out Adhan when it's time for solah?
Yes, Waqtly autyplays out Adhan when it's time for solah
Does the Adhan automatically adjust to prayer times in my location or does it require manual adjustment?
Yes, Waqtly tablet automatically adjusts to prayer times when your location is enabled and it can as well be set manually.
Do I need to change the displayed Hadith or it shuffles automatically?
No, you don't need to change the displayed Hadith. It shuffles automatically.
Can I change the Muadhin voice on the tablet?
Yes, you can change the Muadhin voice and select any other one from the options available.
Do I always need to connect it to the internet?
No, you don't need to connect to the internet after setting up.
Is the tablet suitable for kids?
Yes, it's absolutely suitable for kids.
How do I play Qur'an on the tablet?
On your WaqtlyRemote, select Qur'an, on Qur'an page you can now select the reciter you want, the play mode and the surah you desire. It automatically get played on the Waqtly tablet.
Is WaqtlyRemote mobile?

Can different users within the home have access to the remote?
Yes, Waqtly tablet supports a maximum of 3 remotes pairing at the same time.

Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
We process and ship products immediately after order.
Delivery times vary by region:
a. MENA: 5 to 12 working days days
b. EU: 2 to 10 working days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
Customs and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns Policy
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items within [X days] of delivery.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect/damage are required to initiate a return.
Unauthorized returns or those missing necessary documentation will not be processed.
